An Immune-Related Signature Predicted Survival in Patients With Kidney Papillary Cell Carcinoma

Immune-related genes are important factors in tumor progression. The main aim of this study was to identify the immune-related kidney papillary cell carcinoma (pRCC) patients. We downloaded RNAseq data and clinical information pRCC patients from TCGA database retrieved list Immport. From data, we mined out 2,468 differential expression (DEGs) 183 DEGs. Four hub DEGs ( NTS , BIRC5 ELN CHGA ) were identified after conducting Cox analysis LASSO analysis. Moreover, prognostic value signature based on four verified using Kaplan–Meier (P = 0.0041 training set p 0.021 test set) ROC (AUC: 0.957 1 year, 0.965 2 years, 0.901 3 years set, 0.963 0.898 0.742 set). Furthermore, found that high-risk score group had a higher percentage B cells immune component, CTLA4 LAG3 PDCD1LG2 TIGIT ), better immunotherapy response.
